* tests/test-sig.c: New file, regression test for sigevents. * lib/Makefile.am: add sigevent.{c,h} * (isis|rip|ripng|ospf|ospf6|bgp)d/\1_main.c: modify for sigevents. * zebra/main.c: ditto.
