* *.c: Massive cleanup of lists loops. Stop abusing ALL_LIST_ELEMENTS.
Replace XMALLOC + memset with XCALLOC. Fix some indentation issues.
The only really significant change is simplified isis_delete_adj
function in isis_adjacency.c.
