* zebra/kernel_socket.c: HAVE_IPV6 conditional for WRAPUP when
HAVE_SA_LEN is not defined. bcopy -> memcpy, bcopy is not
portable.

(ifm_read): Handle solaris 9 if_msghdr_t.
