[doc] OSPF MD5 keyid documentation, fix texinfo warnings in bgpd.texi

	* ospfd.texi: Document that MD5 keyid is part of the protocol.
	* bgpd.texi: shut texinfo warnings up by replacing brackets in
	  variable with angle brackets.
