* sockopt.c: (setsockopt_multicast_ipv4) If IP_ADD_MEMBERSHIP fails with errno equal to EADDRINUSE, then issue an info message and try IP_DROP_MEMBERSHIP followed by IP_ADD_MEMBERSHIP.
